The Integra 2008 International Conference ‘Solving the tensions between musicians and technology’ took place at Birmingham Conservatoire on 5-7 June 2008, alongside the Integra 2008 International Festival. The conference took place at the end of the first phase of the Integra project and featured presentations by several Integra project members, who were joined by invited speakers to discuss the challenges of creating and performing music with live electronics.
